TPW LIMITED WARRANTY

TPW hardware products come with either a 1 year, 2 year, 3 year or 5 year limited warranty, depending on the product purchased.

Warranty Coverage

The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in our customers’ TPW brand products or other products sold by TPW to the customer.

This limited warranty does not cover:

Software

Problems that result from accidents, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power surges, blackouts, flood, war or acts of God.

Laptop/Notebook computer batteries carry a 1 year limited warranty.
Memory carries a 5 year limited warranty.

Any claims for shortage on product that is delivered by TPW or a claim of incorrect product received must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery of such product. No returns or exchanges/refunds after 30 days. Please contact our RMA department for Warranty Service.
